Digital downloads

Your download link is emailed to you immediately after payment. The file is high-resolution and suitable for printing up to 24×36" at a commercial print shop.

Digital downloads are final sale — we can't offer refunds or exchanges once the link has been sent.

Posters and framed prints

Physical prints are produced and shipped by our print partner, Printful. Typical timing:

• Production — 2–5 business days
• Shipping — 3–8 business days within the US
• International — 10–20 business days depending on destination

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size you ordered. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking link by email.

Damaged or defective orders

Every poster is made to order, so we can't accept generic returns for change-of-mind. But if your print arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a description (attach or link a photo if possible). We'll send a replacement or refund at no charge.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout — if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship at actual cost. If it's lost in transit, contact us and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
