Effective April 18, 2026

This page explains what information Score.art collects, how it's used, and what choices you have. We keep it plain-language because you should actually be able to read it.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email, and shipping address. Payment details (card number, expiration, CVC) go directly from your browser to Stripe. We never see or store them.

When you use the site: the items you add to your cart (kept in your browser's local storage, not on our servers) and, if you accept our cookie banner, anonymous usage analytics from Google Analytics.

How we use it

To fulfill your orders, send receipts and shipping updates, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

We rely on a few third parties to run the site. Each only gets the data they need to do their job:

  • Stripe — processes your payment
  • Printful — produces and ships physical orders
  • Resend — sends receipts and shipping updates
  • Netlify — hosts the site
  • Neon — stores order records
  • Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics, only if you accepted cookies

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember what's in your cart and to remember your cookie preference — both are required for the site to work. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout for fraud prevention. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies, but only if you clicked Accept on our cookie banner. If you clicked Decline, no analytics cookies are set.

To change your mind later, clear your site data for score.art in your browser — the banner will reappear and you can make a different choice.

Your rights

You can contact us any time to ask what data we have about you, correct it, or delete it.

If you're in the EU/UK, you also have the right to data portability and to file a complaint with your local data-protection authority. If you're in California, you have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information — for the record, we don't sell it.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed to handle reorders, returns, and tax requirements (typically 7 years). Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. Cart data lives in your browser until you clear it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. For minor wording tweaks we may not bump the date.
